Heart Health Program

Cardiac rehabilitation can be hard to get to multiple times a week when you live in a rural area. Driving over an hour to get to an appointment multiple times a week is not something I have many patients that are able to do, nor do they want to...especially after a hospital stay.

This is how the Adaptable PT Heart Health program was born. Supervised exercise along with patient education provided reduces rehospitalizations by 48%! This is HUGE and too big of a benefit to miss out on due to not being available when we have to ability to offer it right here in the clinic!
