We use balance (fall risk), functional performance, and strength assessments to identify deconditioning and pre-frailty or frailty.

If deficits are identified we will work with you to develop a fun individualized plan to address concerns, improve health, limit chronic disease, and more.

By investing in your health we can limit the occurrence of frailty and ensure you are aging well.

HEART HEALTH PROGRAM

Supervised exercise along with patient education regarding symptom monitoring and management.
This program is for any one at high risk of and adverse cardiac event or anyone who has heart disease (CAD -coronary artery disease, CHF/CHD -congestive heart failure/dysfunction, history of heart attack, reduced ejection fraction, controlled Afib, etc).

Often covered through insurance if PT is as deemed medically necessary.
