We use balance (fall risk), functional performance, and strength assessments to identify deconditioning and pre-frailty or frailty.

If deficits are identified we will work with you to develop a fun individualized plan to address concerns, improve health, limit chronic disease, and more.

By investing in your health we can limit the occurrence of frailty and ensure you are aging well.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

From football, to rodeo professionals, to military personnel, dancers, cheerleaders, fitness athletes, extreme sports, and a whole lot in between we are happy to help you excel within your given sport/activity.
We do so through specific strengthening, improve body awareness and coordination, nutrition counseling, sleep hygiene recommendations, and more.
